上海经纬建筑规划设计研究院股份有限公司始创于1992年，是一家拥有建筑工程设计、城乡规划和风景园林三甲资质，市政设计乙级资质的高新技术企业，开创了非公有制企业获得国家三甲资质的先河。2017年，上海经纬的挂牌申请获得全国中小企业股转系统有限责任公司批准成功在新三板挂牌上市（证券简称：上海经纬 证券代码：871855）。上海经纬旗下拥有上海建学中小企业创新服务有限公司等数家设计咨询机构，在国内设立20家分公司，业务遍布全国，并于2010年经国家住建部和商务部批准在美国洛杉矶成立全资境外子公司LDG International（经纬国际设计集团）。
Shanghai Longilat Architectural Design& Research Institute Corporation (LDG) was founded in 1992. Over the past two decades, LDG has been cooperated with dozens of International design institutes and completed thousands of design tasks, and received extensive praises and remarkable achievements. We obtained the title of “Shanghai Model enterprise” for 10 years, and We have been named as “The demonstration window of Shanghai non-public enterprises party construction”, Shanghai May the 4th red flag youth League branch, “National woman civilization station”, National Model employees’ home , Science Educational Base of The Architectural Society of China.
上海经纬是上海市高新技术企业，拥有软件著作权28项；作为协编单位参与住建部国标《绿色保障性住房技术导则》（试行）并出版，参与如下国标的编制工作:《基于BIM的绿色建筑全生命周期信息管理系统服务平台》、《全国BIM管理系统-绿色建筑BIM设计规范研究子项》、《涉老设施规划建设标准关键技术和标准体系研究》、《全国公共建筑样图图集》、《全国保障性住宅绿色建筑设计规范》、《全国保障性住宅样图图集》、《全国智慧城市规划模式规范》、《全国智慧城市建设标准体系研究》。
As a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai, we own 28 software copyrights; LDG participated in the compilation and publishing of national code of “Green affordable housing Technical Guidelines (trial)” authorized by National Department of housing construction, and we’ve also took part in the compilation works of National codes as follows: “Services platform of BIM-based green building life cycle information management system”, “ The National BIM Management System - Green Building BIM Design standard research subkey”, “Research of key technologies and standards involved in the old-age care facilities planning and construction standards”, “National Public buildings sample atlas”, “Green building design codes of National Indemnificatory housing” and “National Indemnificatory housing sample atlas”, “National smart city planning standard”, and “National smart city construction standard system research”.

上海经纬和上海市建筑学会联合成立上海建学中小企业创新服务有限公司，致力于为行业中的中小企业搭建交流合作平台。上海经纬先后在江西筹备了三所希望小学，并与全资筹建的南丰上海经纬希望小学签订《共建备忘录》，成立奖教基金和帮困基金，连续多年推动希望小学可持续发展。

LDG and the Shanghai Academy of architecture jointly established the Shanghai Academy of architecture SME Innovation Services Limited. This is committed to build exchange and cooperation platforms for the middle and small-sized enterprises.We’ve established 3 Hope Primary Schools in Jiangxi, and signed “Co-development memo” with our wholly-invested and established Nanfeng Shanghai LDG Hope Primary School. Award Fund and aiding Fund were established to promote the sustainable developments for these schools.
